Welcome to Purely (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License and usage

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
• You may not bypass technical protections built into the App.

2. Service nature

Purely is a Safari content blocker. Website structures change frequently, so some ads or trackers may not be blocked 100% of the time. We continuously refine rules but do not guarantee complete blocking.

3. Intellectual property

Except for third-party rule lists, all content, design, and code in the App are owned by the Purely developer.

4. Apple-related terms

You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App, its maintenance, support, or any related claims. If the App fails to conform to applicable law or third-party rights, we are responsible, not Apple.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
